Cordaid
Cordaid is one of the biggest international aid development organizations with more than half a million donors. Cordaid believes that working to promote development cooperation does not necessarily mean getting involved locally. Usually, the local population is perfectly prepared to make the necessary effort. Cordaid offers financial support to local organizations and their projects from their head office in The Hague. Here also Kinderstem, Memisa, Mensen in Nood and Vastenaktie are located; these are the fundraising departments within Cordaid.
Ab Ovo supported Cordaid in the selection and implementation of a new financial system. In the process of selecting the right system more than 100 packages were examined in four different selection rounds. After the selection process it took a couple of months of preparation for the implementation of the system. The system was delivered within time and budget. Ab Ovo also trained the people within Cordaid who then trained the rest of the organization.
