SNCB Logistics
In 2008, all companies that are active in the freight division of SNCB, were combined in one integrated group, the SNCB freight group. The purpose was to join the strengths and complementary activities of the member-companies under one strong structure. In 2009, the SNCB freight group was finalized and was called SNCB Logistics.
After a tender procedure SNCB Logistics selected Ab Ovo to implement our Rail Cargo System. The Rail Cargo System is the first application that supports the whole transport process from terminal to terminal including local service traffic, contracts, orders and financial settlement. The system is built using our in house MDA development tool TET.
