Amsterdam Airport Schiphol

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol is part of the Schiphol Group and one of the biggest international airports of Western Europe. Schiphol handles more than 42 million passengers (2004) each year and is still expanding.

Ab Ovo was asked twice to perform a senior controller’s function on a temporary basis. The first time was for the Passenger Operations department for the setup and implementation of the yearly budget cycle and to start with the setup of a specific monthly management report. The second time we were responsible for the coordination of the budget cycle. Because of our previous experience we were able to take over the activities from the staff who changed positions.
