KLM Catering Services

KLM Catering Services Schiphol bv (KCS) is an independent subsidiary of KLM Airlines and the biggest air caterer in Holland. The 1.350 people who work with KCS deliver food, drinks, newspapers and magazines to 55.000 passengers on a daily basis.

In order to optimize the punctuality of the distribution of the catering products a planning software package was developed / implemented by Ab Ovo. For more information about this project please download the file below.
