HDC Media BV is member of the Telegraaf Media groep (TMg) and is the leading editor and publisher of local news (printed and digital) for the North-Westerly region of The Netherlands.
Ab Ovo developed a business case and advised during the due diligences for outsourcing of the ICT activities of HDC Media to TMg´s centralized ICT-organization: Telegraaf Media ICT (TMI). TMI manages, developes and advices in the area of information and communication technology for all operating companies within TMG.
Ab Ovo believes that outsourcing can only be successful, when a solid ‘demand / supply’ organization is in place. Therefore Ab Ovo was requested to assist HDC Media in implementing the demand / supply organization prior tot any further outsourcing. Subsequently Ab Ovo advised on optimizing the internal ICT processes resulting in further cost reductions.
