GVB Amsterdam

GVB (Gemeentelijk Vervoers Bedrijf) is the public transport company of Amsterdam. It transports about 1,000,000 people within the greater Amsterdam area every day, offering transport by tram, bus, metro and ferries.

Ab Ovo held position of interim manager for almost one year. Our task was:
· the management of 15 employees (planners, administrative employees)
· the management of projects concerning the integration of various departments
· restructuring tasks and responsibilities
· setting up and managing a training route for diverse operational personnel.
