Round Table: the split of the CIO

On the 30th November 2006 Ab Ovo organized its first Round Table Conference in Germany. The location was Schloss Bensberg; one of the leading hotels in the world located near Cologne. The theme of the Round Table Conference was “the split of the CIO”.

The Round Table was lead by Prof. Thonemann of the University of Cologne. He is a well-known professor in the area of supply chain management. The presenter was mr. Rainer Wilke, CIO of the Railion Group. In his presentation he was able to pinpoint exactly what “the split of the CIO” meant in his daily situation. After his presentation a lively discussion came up between the different participants.
