Ab Ovo consultants combine expert ICT knowledge with in-depth management experience and a profound knowledge of our customers’ business processes. All consultants have at least a bachelor’s or master’s degree. On top of that they attend several training courses each year and are a member of one or more study groups within Ab Ovo. However over and above all the training courses, a hands-on approach focussing on getting concrete results is of paramount importance.

We are often asked to produce multi-year plans for ICT as a ‘business driver’. Advice on more short-term issues such as make or buy decisions, application selection and community analysis is also part of our day-to-day work. In addition we have developed our own method to reduce the total cost of ownership in a fast and efficient way. After providing practical advice and defining appropriate action plans, we are often involved in the actual execution of these activities.
