About Ab Ovo

Our name Ab Ovo originates from the Latin phrase: “Ab Ovo usque ad mala” literary meaning ‘from the egg to the apple’, which was used by the Romans to indicate that the meal was complete. Traditional meals always started with an egg and ended with an apple. This is how we are involved with our clients: from the beginning till the end, completely.

Founded in 1997 our background lies in the logistics market. Over the years we experienced that our knowledge of logistic processes is also valuable to organizations in other markets. Nowadays our clients are active in (amongst others) rail, education, (local) government, trade, retail, service and industry.   

About 65 dedicated professionals currently work for Ab Ovo. We believe that ICT should support the business and not the other way around. To fully support this vision it’s essential to have a thorough knowledge of the business and processes of our customers.
